What is a Peer Advisory Board?

Peer advisory Boards are becoming very popular across the world as they allow leaders and business owners to benefit from the knowledge, expertise and experience of their peers from outside organisations.
All parties are subject to confidentiality agreements and share information in an open and trustworthy environment.
These Boards usually consist of 6-8 independent leaders facilitated by an independent and trusted facilitator and advisor.
Meetings are held once a month, for 3-4 hours, sticking to a single issue highlighted by each member, for others to consider, give input and share their collective experience
The Facilitator ensures that the meeting is held in a co-ordinated and respectful manner and achieves its desired outcomes, plus requires a committed and deliverable action for the next meeting
